Guys, real quick training for you. What I’m gonna do is I’m gonna show you how to prioritize communications within the razor sharp CRM. This is a really great way in order to streamline your communications with contacts that exist in your CRM. It doesn’t matter whether or not you use Office 365, Gmail, and/or a third party application IMAP email. This will give you the ability to prioritize communications. And let me show you how you do this.
You’ll go into, once you log into the razor sharp CRM, you’re going to go into settings, you’ll go to my profile and then you’re going to jump over to the email sync here, the two-way email sync, go ahead and connect your account to the razor sharp CRM.
What this does is it begins to interact with your email. And if you have contacts that exist in the CRM, it will prioritize the communications with those contacts inside of the conversation tab. It’ll track those via email, text message, and direct message via social media so that you can follow up with people that exist in your CRM and you don’t get bogged down by going to your email inbox and trying to triage all of those emails.
So this is the first place I start when I start my day time, block everything as per my new COO. And then what we do is we prioritize communications and we only do email twice a day, once in the morning, once in the evening.
And we prioritize that based off of contacts within the CRM, the CRM actually does it for us. So this is a really great way to prioritize those communications. Our morning communications are based around all of the contacts in the CRM.
And then what we do is later on in the day, we’ll jump into our Outlook application or our Gmail application and we’ll manage and triage emails there because that’s the one that gets all of your spam and everything like that as well. So it takes up a little bit more time.
I found this incredibly impactful when, you know, we’re trying to be as productive as possible, you know, not going to my email application and trying to manage email has been incredibly impactful today. And into the future, we’re gonna be doing this exclusively.
And so I wanted to share that with you as a way in order to leverage the razor sharp CRM in order to triage automatically triage all of your email based off of contacts that exist inside of the razor sharp CRM.
Again to set this up, you’re going to go to settings, you’re going to go to my profile, you’re going to jump over to email to a sync. You’re going to go ahead and connect your email application and then all of your contacts will begin or all of your conversations based off contacts in the CRM will begin to show up underneath the conversation tab.
Now, if you are, let’s say that you’re working out of Gmail or you’re working out of your Outlook application, whether it’s web access or not, Outlook web access or Outlook desktop access. If you want to automatically add a contact to your CRM, all you would do is copy this and put this in the BCC field and that’s going to take that contact from your third-party application.
It’s gonna write it to the CRM so you can begin to prioritize communications within the CRM. So some really great ways in order to utilize two-way email sync in order to prioritize communications.
