Hey, guys, we’ve absolutely changed the game once again, leveraging AI and automation in order to compress timeframes and drive revenue for our client organizations.
So, I’m super excited to share this with you.
We’ve integrated e-signatures and electronic forms into the CRM and those have a chain of custody built into them where they’re time stamped, so they are legal documents that you can get authorized online.
I’ll give you a couple of use cases for this.
In the automotive hail repair industry, utilizing them for partner agreements.
We have a direction to pay for them that our client providers or client organizations are utilizing to take their estimates with.
And go to the insurance company so that they can streamline that process with the insurance getting paid by the insurance company, so they can start the repair process faster.
We’re utilizing them in the medical space so that we can onboard new customers, order new tests for the diagnostic fields.
We’re utilizing for master terms and conditions, partners agreements, and then also for non-disclosure, non-compete agreements internally and with some of our client organizations as well.
So, a lot of really exciting stuff.
This is fully integrated into the RazorSharp CRM built on HighLevel.
So when somebody fills out this form, notifications go out, workflow and follow-up process goes out, internal notifications, external notifications, contact records are created and also opportunity records all built into the RazorSharp CRM.
So, if you haven’t done so already, reach out.
I’ll be more than happy to provide you some additional details on RazorSharp’s AI and the CRM solution that we’re building out.
Secondly, here is the CRM contact records, as I said, are created, opportunity records.
For tracking opportunities within our system are created as well, which are 100% customizable, which makes it specific to your industry and your pipeline stages.
So we’re happy to provide you some additional information on that.
But let me show you what it looks like.
So first and foremost, let’s say we went to The RazorSharp Fast Start.
I’ll show you how this works.
And part of our Fast Start is we have end users fill out terms and conditions.
And also non-disclosure agreements.
What this does is it gives us the ability to streamline the onboarding process.
So every time they fill out that form, we basically have a digital copy of the form created.
They come in and authorize it.
And then they can agree and sign the document.
It gets time and date stamped, the end user, the customer, the contact, gets a copy of it, and an email goes out with notification to the admin staff.
They get a copy of it.
And as you can see here, you get to complete the Fast Start process or direction to pay form—those have become highly effective.
So, what will happen next from a workflow standpoint is you can come over here and there’s a document center built into the system and you can just jump that PDF right on the contact record.
So, you have all the documents that are tied to the contact record and you can get them done.
With a simple web form and an e-signature online and make that part of your workflow.
So again, if you’re onboarding new customers, if you’re getting authorization to work with customers, vendors, and things of that nature in the form of the direction to pay—
If you’re looking to sign up new partners and you need to get a partner agreement authorized, we can automate and streamline that workflow process through our technology stack on your website, and then also our tech stack as it applies to the RazorSharp CRM.
Now, we haven’t even released this to the public as a product, but I did want to get this out to everyone.
