If you’re a business owner or entrepreneur, and you’re thinking about developing a website, you’re in the right place. Because, what I’m going to do is I’m going to save you. And, I’ve distilled everything that I’ve learned over the last 10 years, down into five minutes.
Guys, Jesse here once again, again, another quick training point in five minutes or less. And, I’m going to cover our website development framework, the pages and buckets and how we organize those. So, I’ve also included a whiteboard for your review. And, you probably ought to find that in the description of this video. So without further do, I know your time is incredibly valuable. And, I will promise not to waste a single moment. What I’m going to do is I’m going to talk with you about how to create a website. Or, website asset that pays your company a dividend by originating more leads, prospects, and inevitably patients and/or customers.

For those who don’t know, my name is Jesse, I’m the Lead Designer here at razoRSharp. And, for the past decade, we’ve been helping our clients, optimize their online environment, and automate their customer and patient lifecycle. So, if you’re a business owner, entrepreneur, or you’re thinking about developing a website, you’re in the right place. Because, what I’m going to do is I’m going to save you. I’ve distilled everything that I’ve learned over the last 10 years, down into five minutes. I probably know a little bit more in that. But, everything that I know about website development and organizing projects. And, it is when it comes to website development so that you can increase your likelihood of success.
01:39 – Five Buckets for Effective Website Design and Communication
So first and foremost, and I’m going to share with you what works for us. We actually break our projects up into five buckets.
01:48 – Bucket 1 – Company Pages
First and foremost, we break it up into company pages. And, these would be pages that you utilize in order to communicate everything about your company. Your homepage, you’re about us, profile pages, contact pages, and things of this nature. It would be a brand all your brand pages and things of things like that.
02:07 – Bucket 2 – Trust and credibility
Then, we move into trust and credibility. And some examples of trust and credibility pages would be case studies, reviews, testimonials, accreditations awards, your cause, and your mission. Also, your core values, and things that can help you build trust and credibility with contacts that are on your website. Because at the end of the day, if your website if you take a good hard look at your website, and it’s not generating you.

03:12 – Bucket 3 – Terms & Compliance
There’s a potential opportunity when it comes to your business. And, I would assert that you probably need to take a look at it. After TRUST and CREDIBILITY pages, we have terms and compliance. These will be mastered terms and use policies, data use cookie consent. And, there’s ADA compliance or the American Disability Act compliance and accessibility statements. These are incredibly important just because of the legal ramifications associated with bad actors in the marketplace. And, that might look to take advantage of companies that are not compliant when it comes to their website. Regardless if it’s ADA compliance and accessibility or if it’s data use and cookie consent. Now, once we get the terms in compliance, kind of like all the legalese in place. Then, we move on to our business pages.
04:12 – Bucket 4 – Business Pages
And, business pages are where we begin the marketing process. Of course, there’s three buckets prior to this but your business pages are optimized for your dream customer. And, they’re optimized for your location, your product, and/or your service. So, your target market, your location, your products, and/or services are your business pages. And, these can be utilized from an SEO standpoint in order to increase visibility organically. Or, they can be utilized from a paid advertising standpoint in order to promote your products and/or services.
04:48 – Bucket 5 – Funnel Pages
Now, if you’d like to direct traffic in order to achieve a desired outcome. Then, we move into funnel pages, and funnel pages are landing pages, sales pages, lead generation, squeeze pages, and things of that nature. And, thank you page in order to set the expectation. And I’ve included all of these in the outline that I provided here.
Again, you can get access to, which is kind of a simplified outline of both our development framework. And, the value equation in regards to communicating. So, what you should be communicating on your websites. And, what a basic funnel looks like when you talk about building out a funnel in order to direct outcomes. Again, we’re limiting choices on funnel pages in order to direct a specific outcome. So if you’d like to get more information on our website development framework.
